Description
The service is designed for users of Smartphones and Tablets with OS- Android, Symbian, iOS and Windows mobile. User, owner of such type of device can access video services of the Operator – broadcasting IPTV with multi-access TV programs, available in predefines packages.

Peyment
Once the User has purchased a device he can install the free application of BGCN TV. If he decides to use the full package programs, he must pay extra. The service is paid to two weeks or monthly subscription. Prices are defined in the Operator Price List.
Terms of payment :
- Using an SMS
To gain an access to paid TV channels, the User must send an SMS with text "bgcn" (four characters without quotes) to tel.1982. After sending the SMS, the amount for the access to the services is charged to the monthly bill of the User to the appropriate service provider. The customer receives an SMS with a PIN code, which must be implemented in the device.
- Using a system for electronic payments
Electronic payment is made from the official website of the Operator or by the device itself, which leads the user to the electronic payment. The User receives a PIN code for the registered mail, in order to access the full package of the TV channels.
The payment of the fees is made in accordance with the General Conditions of the Operator. All vouchers and prices are defined in the price list of the Operator.
Customer receives for free:
- Free software for the service.
- Free package of 15 TV channels - BNT, BNT2, BNT World, Channal 3, BGTV, Bulagira On-air, SKAT, TV1, BBT, Kiss13, TV Varna, Black sea, Eurokom TV, Planeta Music, Planeta Folk;
- 365 days free support of the service;
Manual
In order to access service, the User must have an access to Internet and to own Smartphone or tablet with OS - Android, Symbian, iOS or Windows Mobile.
User must do the following steps:
1. Installing BGcn TV – depending on the operating system of the device, the User installs the program from www.bgcn.tv or for free, using the electronic stores of the operating systems.

2. Service – user can see a list of all free TV channels. The intuitive interface allows the User to have a quick overview of the channels with preliminary box preview of the respective channel.
3.Paid services – The user can receive an access to the paid TV channels, defined in advance by the Operator. The payment can be done using an SMS or an electronic payment system.
After the payment of the chosen package, the User receives a PIN code for access to the "locked" channels. The User implements the PIN code using the keyboard of the device.
All TV packages are defined on the official website of the Operator. Price terms are also in the Price list of the Operator.
Technical requirements for connection
User must have Internet connection using the mobile device to WiFi, 3G or 4G with minimum capacity 200 Kbps/s.
